Teresa Kok Almost a Victim of Snatch Theft by Two Men on a Motorcycle

SHAH ALAM, 16 April, The Member of Parliament for Seputeh, Teresa Kok, nearly became the latest victim of snatch-theft by two men on a motorcycle near her family home in Sentul yesterday.

In the incident, which took place at Taman Rainbow, the suspect tried to snatch her gold necklace but escaped without successfully getting the necklace after Teresa screamed.

Citing the report from Malaysia Kini, Teresa and her two nephews, aged 11 and five, were not injured.


Teresa then lodged a police report at the Sentul Police Station yesterday afternoon.

According to the police, so far no arrests have been made and the authorities urged anyone who has information about the incident to come forward.

The police said that they will increase the frequency of patrols and precautionary action in the area.
