New Turkish President Erdogan sends planes to help the people of Gaza

SHAH ALAM, 12 Aug: The Turkish Government under the leadership of President Racep Tayyip Erdogan extends medical aid to the people of Palestine who are victims of Israeli attacks.

Some photos of the wounded being taken aboard special planes to Turkey were spread on social networking sites.

Also seen was the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ahmet Davutoglu, and the Turkish Health Minister, welcoming the people of Gaza who reached Turkey to receive treatment.

Four injured Palestinians from the Gaza Strip arrived in Turkey to receive medical treatment after being flown in from the Gaza Hospital.

The hospital is facing a shortage, especially in terms of medicine and medical equipment.

The injured victims comprised of three Palestinian women and a teenager.
