“This proposal is based on the application by landowners and a study by the Kuala Langat District Council (MDKL).

“The details of the objections and feedback received will be discussed at the Selangor State Town and Country Planning Committee meeting and the Executive Council will be together to either accept or reject it,” he said.

He said this during a press conference after the Executive Council meeting at the SUK Building.

Iskandar informed that he personally chaired the public hearing for the Kuala Langat Local Plan Draft (Variation 3) 2020 which was held on September 8 at MDKL.

“This local plan takes into account the rapid development in the district.
