Unisel students win the International Construction Week competition

KUALA LUMPUR, 21 Sept: Students from the Faculty of Engineering made the University of Selangor (Unisel) proud when they won the title of champion and runner-up in the ‘International Construction Week’ competition at the Putra World Trade Centre yesterday.

They defeated the representatives from the Ungku Omar Polytechnic in the competition.

The two students, Muhamad Azizul Abd Aziz (Champion) and Muhammad Syukri Mamat (Runner-up) are Bachelor Degree students in Civil Engineering.

Winning the ‘Fast furious slum test’ is a proud feat for Unisel because it is the first time they participated.

It thus can enhance the image and reputation of Unisel among institutes of higher learning in the country.

It is hoped that this victory can be the catalyst to students to participate more after this.

Indeed, this success is an indicator of the ability and capability of Unisel students as a whole.
