Civilians SMS CM to praise MDHS, PT Hulu Selangor staff for being efficient & friendly

SHAH ALAM, 8 Apr: Four staff working at the Hulu Selangor District Council (MDHS) and the Hulu Selangor Land Office received praise from the Chief Minister, Mohamed Azmin Ali (PKR-Bukit Antarabangsa) for carrying out their duties with efficiency and friendliness.

They are Siti Shariza and Ros at MDHS and two others, Nurul and Farid who are working at the Hulu Selangor Land Office, as pointed out by the public in text (SMS) messages to Mohamed Azmin recently.

“Incidentally, I received an SMS by a civilian that was rather interesting. A resident of Ampang said ‘Greetings Honourable, I went to the Hulu Selangor District Council and the Hulu Selangor Land Office and spent about 20 minutes there and the officers at both offices treated me in a friendly and efficient manner’.

“‘Their services were carried our more smoothly than I expected and I drove home feeling happy’,” said Mohamed Azmin at the Selangor State Assembly (DNS) today.

He said this during the winding-up session of the debate on the motion touching on services by local authorities and the Land and Mines Offices in Selangor by Lau Weng San (DAP-Bukit Tunku).

Mohamed Azmin added that efficient and friendly service by civil servants have a good impression on government agencies.
