“During the same period, we managed to record RM3.7 billion in consolidated funds, with over a billion coming from donations received by a person.

“The number also increased compared to RM3.28 billion as of August 31, 2014, and RM3.2 billion on December 31, 2014,” he said during the Selangor State Assembly (DNS) session this morning.

He said this to reply to a verbal question from Ng Suee Lim (DAP-Sekinchan) regarding Selangor’s latest financial performance.

Commenting on the national and global economy, Mohamed Azmin said that the matter gives a marginal impact on the financial performance and the funds managed by the Selangor government.

“This is because there is no foreign investment risk and the investment instruments that have changed according to the market, which may directly affect the state’s finances in a negative way,” he said.
