PETALING JAYA, 2 May: The Prime Minister’s office is allegedly involved in an operation to being in dubious voters from East Malaysia to the Peninsular.

The claim was made by PKR De Facto Leader, Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim who stated that he obtained documentary evidence and photographs of 16 charter flights travelling every day from various locations in East Malaysia.

Anwar claimed that at least 4,500 have been brought to the peninsula every day till the polling day. The flights have been made every day, except on 1 May, starting from 25 April.

Anwar added that based on the information obtained, 16 flights have been recorded from Sabah and Sarawak, particularly from Kuching, Kota Kinabalu, Sandakan, Miri and Sibu, using jumbo jets and C130 Hercules that were specially booked.

“This means that there are 40,000 dubious individuals who have and are still entering through KLIA, excluding foreigners coming by road, ports and facilities such as the LCCT,” said Anwar in a press conference at the PKR headquarters this morning.

Allegedly also involved is the low-cost airline, Air Asia and MAS as well as the National Registration Department, the Immigration Department and the Malaysian Armed Forces.

“We understand that the C130 Hercules owned by ATM was used to transport phantom voters from small airports such as in Baru Berendam (Malacca) and Ipoh (Perak),” said Anwar.
He added that the Territorial Army camp facilities have also been used to house foreign voters.

Anwar added that he also received information of a sudden influx of citizens of Thailand, Cambodia, Pakistan and Myanmar coming in large numbers at the border gates at Bukit Kayu Hitam, and Indonesians at Port Klang.

Following this scenario, Anwar demanded explanation from the interim Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Najib Razak, the Police Inspector General and the Chief of the Armed Forces on the guarantee and the attitude of professionalism and neutrality which is now masterminded by BN to remain in power.

He also said that he obtained a copy of the email communication of Malaysian Airlines allegedly linking the Prime Minister’s Office with the chartered flights.

He also questioned if the Director General of the Department of the Attorney General was involved in giving identification cards to foreign workers in the Sepang F1 Circuit and at KLIA.

“Because we have evidence of documentary photographs and videos recorded with cooperation from PAS. What is clear is the involvement of the National Registration Department.

“If Pakatan Rakyat wins, we will prosecute all responsible. Breaches in the rules cannot be forgiven,” said Anwar.
