KUALA LUMPUR, 13 May: The 13th General Election Fraud Investigation Team (#Siasat PRU-13) from PKR announces that until now, the team led by the PKR Strategy Director, Rafizi Ramli has received 237 complaints from voters.

According to Rafizi also, so far he was informed that there have been at least 2 police reports lodged by voters across the country.

In addition to the police reports, at least three other voters have made statutory declarations to support their claims.

Between the police reports and complaints to #Siasat PRU-13, also included are complaints from legit voters who were denied the right to vote because their names were used by others to vote and also the issue of the indelible ink not being permanent.

The information gathering process which is still on-going is also focusing on four other types of offences as reported by voters nationwide.

Among them is the existence of unknown voters who were registered at an address where the original occupants do not know the voters.

“EC offences such as the signing of the Form 14 before the counting began or to not provide a copy of the Form 14 as provided by the law,” said Rafizi in a press statement here at the PKR headquarters today.

In addition, the presence of voters who are suspected to be foreign nationals who were given identification cards and allowed to vote is among the focus of the team led by the Pandan Member of Parliament.

The evidence was collected for the purpose of filing a petition after the Election Commission (EC) gazettes the GE-13 results, which is expected to be done this week.

The team was set up by Pakatan Rakyat to investigate allegations that there were irregularities and occurrences of fraud throughout the election period.
