KUALA LUMPUR, 7 May: PKR De Facto Leader, Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim today urged the public to be present at the Kelana Jaya Stadium tomorrow (8 May) and to wear black.
According to him, the move is a symbol of protest against the fraud that happened in the 13th General Election (GE-13) which took place last Sunday.
“This is a step to cleanse the country from corruption and electoral fraud, now there is no chance for reform without a fair and clean election,” said Anwar.
During the elections held recently, BN, with the help of the Election Commission, made various irregularities and fraud to enable the party to win.
These include the use of indelible ink which was not permanent, foreign voters and attempts to smuggle in or out ballot boxes from the calculating area.
