He said that findings from the investigation will be disclosed to the public as soon as possible to resolve the PKNS crisis which has brought up various controversies recently.

“This case involves the issue of integrity due to disputes concerning the letter issued. I have asked the State Government Secretary (SUK) to call integrity bodes, TIM and MACC, to examine the document issued by the state government and PKNS.

“In the near future after the investigation, he (SUK) can announce what happened.

“Because this case has to do with politics, I have asked Datuk Mohammed Khusrin to handle this matter to provide fairness to all,” he said in a press statement after visiting the Top Glove factory today.

Abdul Khalid said that the Chief Minister alone has the right to sack or appoint someone as a PKNS Board of Directors member.

He said that the Executive Council minutes for 13 November till 4 December last year will also be released today, or latest by tomorrow evening, through a press statement.

“I will disclose this. In fact, this morning, I have asked the secretary to list the documents to be distributed,” he added.

Yesterday, the State Government transferred Datuk Othman Omar and the PKNS Secretary, Norita Mohd Sidik, immediately to the SUK until investigations are completed.
