SHAH ALAM, 4 Feb: Selangor needs to the launch site for the ‘Wave to Putrajaya’ as a thorough preparation to demolish the pillars of power that are still under Barisan Nasional (BN) because the state is the stronghold of Pakatan Rakyat (PR).

This would mean that the leadership machinery in Selangor must be strengthened to convince the people that PR can continue its excellence in the state administration at the national level.

The Vice President of parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR), Tian Chua, said that the strengthening covers all aspects of the people’s interests, especially through policies of concern to their plight.

“What I mean is that we should not only strengthen Selangor’s administration, but also its docial and political policies.

“We must make sufficient preparation to show that this is a shadow when taking over Putrajaya and the policies to be implemented.

“This is the way we can convince the public that PR will lead this country to an excellent level and that we can do it, starting with Selangor,” he told Selangor Kini today.

Tian Chua said that this is not only focused on the question of establishing a ‘Shadow Cabinet’ which is often brought up by various parties when talking about PR’s focus in leading Putrajaya.

“We want to show the people that we can change positions for the good of all. This is in contrast to come parties where position is everything and it cannot be moved.

“People hold to position and place the interests of the individual higher than the need for strategy. Our goal is obvious; which is to bring about a huge change that requires sacrifice and close understanding among all leaders,” he said.
