SHAH ALAM, 4 June: The State Government will organise the Budget 2015 Dialogue as an early preparation in efforts to formulate and solve the Selangor State Budget 2015.

The Chief Minister, Tan Sri Abdul Khalid Ibrahim, said that among the topics to be discussed involves real estate development, solid waste management, developing education and Islamic education, water management and special industrial zones.

Apart from that, he said that also to be addressed is the topic to empower apartment communities, women’s issues and poverty, science and technology as well as sports and infrastructure.

“The presenters of work papers are made up of experts from within and outside the country, while the State Executive Council will act as the moderator,” he said at a press conference after chairing the State Government Executive Council Meeting at the State Government Secretary (SUK) Building.

The Budget 2015 Dialogue will be held at the Shah Alam Convention Centre from June 9 to 10, with the team ‘Facing Challenges and Economic Opportunities for Selangor’s Excellence’.

The dialogue will be held at local authority levels to obtain the views of the public and serve as a guide and information to the State Government to complete the Budget 2015.
