KLANG, 17 Oct: The Chief Minister, Mohamed Azmin Ali, denied allegations that PKR forced him to sign an undated letter of resignation before taking up the post.

“No, no, that is not true,” he told reporters at the Kg Raja Uda Mosque today.

He was asked to comment on a report by a news portal which claimed that there was an e-mail between the PKR Secretary General, Rafizi Ramli, the Youth Chief, Nik NAzmi Nik Ahmad, and the PKR de facto leader, Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

In the e-mail, Rafizi allegedly suggested for Mohamed Azmin to sign the undated letter or resignation, allowing the party to use it if he did not comply with directions.

Azmin also denied that Rafizi was appointed as the PKR Secretary General to “control him”.

“No, that was the party’s decision,” he said.
