CM: “What are your hopes for the Selangor Budget 2015?”

SHAH ALAM, 21 Nov: The public can give their views and ideas to the Chief Minister, Mohamed Azmin Ali, regarding their expectations for the Selangor Budget 2015.

“What are the Selangor people’s hopes for the Selangor Budget 2015? Please share your views and suggestions with me,” wrote Mohamed Azmin on his Facebook page.

The Selangor Budget 2015 will be presented on November 24 for the first time since Mohamed Azmin assumed the role as the new Chief Minister of Selangor.

Among the views given by the public, Syuhaida Abd Rani hopes that the Selangor government will create a special learning centre for children with disabilities, specifically for cerebral palsy patients.

“The times are difficult for us to enter our disabled children into normal learning centres. Even though there is special education, it is very limited. They usually reject the presence of children with disabilities.

2.2

“When we presented our problems to the Social Welfare Department, there was no response or action. So CM Azmin, please help the future of these children as they too want to be as successful as other typical children.

“Hopefully the Selangor budget will increase assistance and education for people with disabilities, including for parents of disabled children who are mostly in the middle-income earners category,” she wrote.

Din Yon hopes that the construction of affordable homes for the people priced at RM200,000 and below will be increased, especially for the young people who are just starting a new life.

“Preserve the rivers throughout Selangor, illegal immigrants and also the entry of foreign nationals are not controlled…especially since there are too many Africans,” he wrote.

Alif Kaven hopes that the Selangor Budget 2015 will focus on the increase of salary for KAFA teachers, which is still pending.

2.4

“Help monitor and accelerate the increase of salary for KAFA teachers in Selangor who for two years have only heard of the ‘potential increase of salary for KAFA teachers’ and help give an affordable housing scheme especially for KAFA teachers.

“This is because it is hard to obtain a bank loan to buy their own homes, and some have to rent homes their whole life or return to their villages when they retire,” he wrote.
