SHAH ALAM: The Selangor government today announced a month’s salary adjustment for civil servants in conjunction with the Aidilfitri celebration this time.

In a press statement, the Chief Minster, Mohamed Azmin Ali, said that it would benefit 17,534 people serving in the state government administration.

He said that it is in appreciation of the service of all civil servants in implementing the policies of the state government professionally and with integrity towards Quality Development, People at Heart.

“The bonus will be paid on July 9,” he said.

Previously, the Penang government announce a bonus of half a month to its staff while employees of the Federal government only received a bonus of RM500.
