CM: Finish it at the negotiation table

KUALA LUMPUR, 9 June: Pakatan Rakyat (PR) leaders should stop making statements that could sour relations between parties in the coalition.

The Chief Minister of Selangor, Mohamed Azmin Ali, said that PR leaders should continue to focus on providing the best service to the people who gave the mandate to lead the government in the last election.

“There is no need to attack in the media. I have repeatedly said, we have a great responsibility to the people.

“Let us not betray the trust and support of the people.

“I urge all Pakatan leaders to throw away their egos. Pay attention to the state and nation,” he told Selangor Kini at the Parliament lobby today.

Mohamed Azmin advised all parties involved to solve problems at the negotiation table.

He said that the people only want a stable government to ensure that the policies and direction for them can be realised.

Prior to that, some Pakatan leaders continued to issue statements that are seen as compounding to souring relations between the parties in the coalition.
