SHAH ALAM, 16 June: DAP supports the Chief Minister, Mohamed Azmin Ali, in redesigning the state government.

The DAP Secretary General, Lim Guan Eng, said that the party hopes that Mohamed Azmin can reframe the state government with an new consensus based on the Pakatan Rakyat Joint Policy as well as the Selangor Pakatan Rakyat 2013 manifesto.

“DAP is working towards a new consensus that is more principled and towards filling the political vacuum that is able to rekindle the hope of the people towards change to make Impian Malaysia a reality for a better future for all,” he said, taken from Rokenkini today.

Guan Eng said that the acceptance of Selangor voters of the Pakatan Rakyat Joint Policy allows the coalition to obtain a mandate of over 60 percent of the popular vote in the last general election.
