PKNS Real Estate records increase of 15% of gross revenue

SHAH ALAM, 14 Aug: The Selangor State Development Corporation (PKNS) Real Estate remains committed to developing with an increase of 15 percent of the gross revenue in the first half of the year.

The PKNS Real Estate General Manager, Fakru Radzi Ab Ghani, said that the performance this year is more encouraging with a revenue cost of RM28 million compared to 2014.

“Although we are faced with some constraints due to unfavourable economic problems, it is not an obstacle to continue to work hard.

“We continue to devise new strategies in order to achieve the company’s goals,” he said during the PKNS Real Estate open house recently.

Fakru Radzi said that PKNS Real Estate is also in the effort of reforming the assets they purchased in 2014.

“Among the assets to be upgraded is the Shah Alam PKNS Complex, the Bangi PKNS Complex, SACC Mall, the Petaling Jaya PKNS Tower and World Wide Tower.

“Our goal is to ensure that it has a new image at the beginning of next year to be more competitive,” he said.
