SHAH ALAM, 2 Sept: 4,471 units of the Selangor State Development Corporation (PKNS) Selangorku Dream Homes will be launched at Kota Puteri, Ijok, on September 8.
The PKNS Public Relations Manager, Ishak Hashim, said that the project will be developed in phases starting 2016 and is expected to be fully completed in 2023.
He said that the launch will be officiated by the Chief Minister, Mohamed Azmin Ali, at the Kota Puteri HHall, Section 5 Kota Puteri, Kuala Selangor, from 10 am to 12 pm.
“The entire project consists of three phases and the first phase will be developed in 2016 and is expected to be completed in 2019.
“Meanwhile, the second phase of construction will begin in 2018 and be completed in 2021, while the third phase will be developed in 2020 and fully completed in 2023.
“PKNS will continue to provide affordable housing for the people of Selangor from the low and medium income groups to own homes,” he said in a statement.
Ishak said that the types of development that will be developed comprises of high-stratified housing and terraced houses, ranging from RM42,000 to RM250,000.
He said that PKNS will also offer landed houses that are rarely offered by other developers for affordable housing.
“PKNS will open registration counters for houses in phase one only and the public can register on that day. We will also provide a video on how to register online for all Selangorku Homes projects,” he said.
