KUALA LUMPUR, 28 Dec: The National Felda Children’s Association (ANAK) NGO assembly in front of Felda’s headquarters here at Jalan Semarak was joined by 1,500 people who expressed dissatisfaction towards the FGVH listing.
The gathering, which was also attended by Pakatan Rakyat leaders and activists, began marching from the mosque at MARA University of Technology at Jalan Semarak before they were prevented by the Police from approaching the Felda building.
The Police also separated the group from 300 individuals who came down to support Felda’s Chairman, Tan Sri Isa Samad.
The assembly was held to protest the listing of Felda Global Ventures Holdings shares that has been decreasing in price in these past 10 days.
