KLANG, 23 Apr: Dr Xavier Jayakumar offers free bus services and job opportunities for single mothers by setting up nurseries in the Sri Andalas constituency.
According to him, all this will be implemented if the people give the mandate to Pakatan Rakyat in the 13th General Election (GE-13).
“Firstly, I want to set up nurseries where single mothers or the less fortunate can work at.
“They will be given training in advance. We want them to have jobs to improve living standards.
“Secondly, I will work with the Klang Municipal Council (MPK) and supermarkets, such as Aeon, Tesco, Giant and NSK, to provide the residents with free bus services,” he said when met after a briefing the personnel at the Sri Andalas operations room.
He explained that the initiative will be implemented as he has received many complaints regarding the transportation problems in the area.
