The four criteria would be the result of the under five percent slim majority, spoiled ballots overcoming the slim majority, the percentage as well as the postal and early votes overcoming the majority from ordinary voters.

The team of 67 volunteers will also be paying attention to seats where there have been police reports from the voters regarding election fraud.

“This criterion is used to determine the Parliamentary and constituency seats which will be investigated in more detail,” said Rafizi in a press conference here at the PKR headquarters this morning.

The Parliamentary seats are; Bentong, Kuala Selangor, Baram, Sungai Besar, Pasir Gudang, Labis, Machang, Ketereh, Titiwangsa, Tebrau, Bagan Serai, Kota Marudu, Beaufort, Setiawangsa dn Segamat.

“Siasat PRU-13 will also reveal evidence gathered a week from now, after witnesses are called to testify further,” said Rafizi who is also the Pandan MP.

While admitting that this investigation is a heavy responsibility, Rafizi said his team will also study every video and photo showing the acts of electoral irregularities and fraud to track down the individuals involved.

Previously, PKR announced the establishment of its investigative team with the cooperation of PAS and DAP as there have been various allegations of irregularities and fraud which occurred during the election period.
