SHAH ALAM, 28 May: A 14-year-old girl lodged a report at the Ketereh Police Station in Kelantan today because she was raped by 38 Malay men at an empty house.
The complainant, who is also Form 3 student, was sent to the Kuala Krai Hospital for further examination.
The preliminary results found sever tearing of the hymen and multiple entries were detected at the victim’s private parts.
There were also two witnesses, who are also her friends, and the case is being investigated under Section 376 of the Penal Code.
During the incident, which took place on May 20, a male friend was forced to witness the brutal acts carried out by the men, aged 20 to 40.
However, two of the suspects were successfully arrested yesterday and the police are conducting a large-scale operation to hunt down 36 more suspects.
