GOMBAK, 9 Aug: Recipients of land titles or the 5A form are reminded to not take the shortcut and sell them for a quick profit.
On the other hand, the Chief Minster, Mohamed Azmin Ali, said that the land should be cared for well and developed to ensure that the value is higher in the future.
“Hopefully, recipients will care and nourish the land to ensure that it is developed so that the value is higher.
“Do not take a short cut and sell the land because generations to come will not get to own land,” he said during the Aidilfitri Celebration and 5A Notice Presentation to the residents of Kampung Sungai Kertas and Kampung Wira Damai yesterday.
At the event, 62 families were selected to receive the 5A notice, thus ending their wait for decades.
At the same time, Mohamed Azmin said that the state government will further structure development in Selangor, in addition to providing the best infrastructure for the people.
“It is a policy that we have practiced over the years to ensure development in traditional villages and new villages so that it can be done in an orderly manner and ensure the people’s harmony and wellbeing,” he said.
