SHAH ALAM, August 23: The verdict of the hearing for the murder case of Mongolian translator, Altantuya Shariibu, which was postponed as it was supposed to be tried before the GE-13, is expected following the release of Azilah and Sirul by the COurt of Appeal today.

Enclosed is the SAMM media statement.

The release of Azilah and Sirul has already been expected, Gives ‘Motivation’ to Certain Parties to Continue Killing

Indeed, from the beginning of the Altantuya murder case, the trial involving Azilah and Sirul has been postponed and postponed till after the election to give way to Barisan Nasional’s victory. This victory allows for both of these ‘yes-men’ to be released today.

This matter has already been mentioned, and Youth Solidarity Malaysia (SAMM) has already expected that the Court of Appeal will release the members of the Special Action Unit, Chief Inspector Azilah Hadri and Corporal Sirul Azhar Umar, from the charge of murdering Mongolian translator, Altantuya Shaaribuu.

When BN remains (in power), not only do the people not know the motive of the murder and who ordered the murder of Altantuya, but the killer will also be released.

Even though this is a high profile case, despite confessing to the murder and even calling themselves ‘scapegoats’ for being assassins, eventually, they were released. Is this decision a win-win case for protecting each other? Look at how justice is not in place, instead it is in the hands of the leaders.

This verdict should have provided a huge ‘motivation’ to certain parties to continue carrying out ‘black-ops’ jobs with a guarantee of being released if arrested and tried. These parties, including the possibility of the involvement of police personnel who follow orders from the top, are able to do any nefarious work, as they would eventually escape punishment and be released. So it would not be surprising that after this, there would be more assassination cases. Conspiracy is finally successful when the murderer, the person who ordered the murder, the middleman, are all safe. Altantuya’s immigration records have disappeared, together with records of explosives being smuggled out.

The revelation on the tragic death of Altantuya has been carried out by SAMM and many other parties, especially when it involves the irregularities in the purchase of Scorpene submarines. che’GuBard previously wrote and published a book titled ‘Who Ordered Altantuya’s Murder’. The book has caused che’GuBard to be arrested six times and che’GuBard’s house has been searched several times, however there have been no charges against che’GuBard. In fact, when che’GuBard’s book was launched, che’GuBard’s home was pelted with bottle bombs.

Therefore, what is the most accurate conclusion about Altantuya’s murder? Today, the country has become a cartoon (joke) when imagining that ‘actually’, Altantuya murdered herself, then stood up and blew herself up using a C4 bomb to get rid of evidence.
