Special Actions Plan For PJ Folks


Water tank lorries and static water tank services will be mobilised to locations severely affected by the oil spill in Sungai Selangor.

The Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ) worked quickly outlining the special actions plan to assist Syarikat Bekalan Air Selangor (Syabas) distribute clean water supplies to distressed locals in Petaling Jaya region.

“The Council will provide static water tank services and water tank lorries in critical locations, based on the complaints we received from the people,” the media statement said.

“With only minimally available logistics, the service will be on a first come first serve basis. This limited supply will be offered until regular clean water supply to Petaling Jaya will be back to normal,” the media statement concluded.
