‘Shah Alam On Wheels’ MBSA mobile office in Section 7 this Saturday

SHAH ALAM, 25 Sept: The ‘Shah Alam On Wheels’ mobile office is scheduled to stop at the car park facing the Jakel building in Section 7 on Saturday.

The Shah Alam City Council (MBSA) Deputy Corporate Director, Shahrin Ahmad, said that it provides 18 types of services to facilitate referencing, checking and payment.

In a press statement, he said that the public can visit the Shah Alam On Wheels as early as 11 in the morning to 5 pm.

“The mobile office provides services outside the office; an MBSA initiative to improve the delivery system,” he said.

He said that among the facilities offered is checking and printing bills and assessment statements, updating the owner’s information for assessment, and online assessment payment.

In addition, he said that the business license renewal and revision, making complaints and the sale of parking coupons are also available.

Shahrin said that the mobile office can enhance the delivery system to citizens of Shah Alam so that latest information on MBSA services can be delivered effectively.

“It is also among MBSA’s move to increase fieldwork activities to give the public the opportunity to conduct their dealings,” he said.
