BERSIH 4.0: Ready to discuss Tun M’s proposed vote of no confidence

KUALA LUMPUR, 30 Aug: The proposal by the former Prime Minister, Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad, to hold a vote of no confidence against Datuk Seri Najib Razak in Parliament can be discussed, said DAP Advisor Lim Kit Siang.

The Gelang Patah MP said that agreement by all MPs is very important to save the country from Najib’s greed.

“When Tun Dr Mahathir was the Prime Minister, he also attacked the judiciary institution, but Najib is worse. So, we commend him for fighting against Najib.

“We can discuss the proposal,” he said at the Bersih 4.0 main stage at Dataran Merdeka today.

Mahathir also has a poor record in the national judicial system when he was the Prime Minister.

Among the most obvious is prosecution without evidence and strong grounds against his former deputy, Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, who is also the PKR de facto leader.
